Venting valve Type BFHAPPLICATIONTURBO-Mixer type BFH are used to run fine bubbles of air or gas through both domestic and industrial waste liquids and also in the aeration of static waters. They are particularly suitable for the nitrification – denitrification of sewage plants with optional or intermittent aeration. OPERATING METHODIn contrast to other aeration systems our
aerators aerate and disperse the whole contents of the
container uniformly, right down to the bottom. TURBO-Mixer
aerators achieve excellent circulation with low power
output. As the revolutions increase, the amount of pumped
liquid rises between the pressure drops to the level of the
static water pressure and the system sucks in air from the
surface through the pipe. The gas and liquid mixture is then
pushed through by the impeller and splits up into very small
gas bubbles by the mechanical cutting action. These bubbles
flow through the whole container and distribute themselves
to its maximum depth. Trough the fine air bubbles the
surface absorption is increased many times over. The
constantly escaping air releases unwanted gases into the
atmosphere. DISCRIPTIONThe TURBO-Mixer BFH is identical in its design to the DFH types. Both the quill drive motor with reinforced bearings and the shaft which is inserted into it are taken from modular design system. The materials used for the pipe shaft and impeller are 316 Ti, rubberised or plastic coated steel. MIXING IMPELLER
The TURBO-Prop mixing impellers were developed especially for these
applications. They are perfectly suited for the sucking of large
amounts of gas, the dispersing of the finest gas bubbles and the
suspension of particles under heavy pressure. They are screwed on.
Replacement is possible at any time. |
