The mixing tasks can be carried out in smaller containers with a capacity of 60-220 litres with a 2"-bung-hole without the troublesome transfer into other mixing containers.  

DRIVER

Optionelly compressed air motor or three-phase motor. These TURBO-Mixer Typee DFF are produced as standard with IEC three-phase motors of safety group Typee IP 55, insulation class F, 230/400 Volt, 50 Hz, an added on-off safety switch, model V1. The motor bearings are fitted with fully enclosed, maintenance-free precision ball-bearings. Two handles with 316LL fastenings are fixed to the motor flange.

MIXER SHAFT

The mixer shaft is attached to the motor shaft by means of a case-coupling. Locking surfaces guarantee a tight fit. The shaft is produced in material no. 1.4571 (V4A).

MIXING IMPELLER

The TURBO-Mixer of series DFF is equipped as standard with a folding propeller in material no. 316LL which is connected on the shaft by means of a sliding hub and power screws. The impeller can be replaced without difficulty.
