APPLICATION

In water treatment and the chemical, pharmaceutical and drinks industries the TURBO-Mixer DFH High Speed series is especially suitable for intensive mixing and dissolving operations. The mixer is mounted either on a flange fixed on a transverse girder, a flange fixed onto the container itself, a wall-suspension device or on a trippod. If built in laterally below the liquid level or installed in pressure or vacuum containers, an appropriate mixer-shaft seal becomes necessary.

DRIVER

In this series of TURBO-Mixers the performance and revolutions of the threephase motors are adjusted to suit the required mixing task. The motors are of the safety group type IP 54 and are fitted with a hollow shaft and reinforced bearings.

MIXER SHAFT

The mixer shaft is plugged into the motor shaft and this connection is safetybolted. The locking surfaces ensure the accurate operation of the shaft. The shaft is produced as standard in material nr. 1.4571 (V4A), but is also available in steel, hard rubber coated or plastic-coated.

MIXING IMPELLER 

Due to their form the TURBO-Mixer Jet-mixing impellers, provide for excellent mixing performance and strong downward pressure. The impeller is fixed to the shaft by means of a thread and can be replaced without difficulty. The impellers are produced in stainless steel and electro-dynamically balanced.
