Without any extensive transfill in different containers all mixing tasks can be completed directly in one-way containers with a content  of 500 – 1500 litre volume.

DRIVER

In this series of TURBO-Mixer Typee DFT IEC-three-phase motors will be emploied. Safety-group Typee IP 55, insulation class F, 230/400V, 50 Hz, model V1 is standard. By request the motor can be delivered with a special clamping and frequency and also in a explosion proofed version conforming ATEX code 94/9/EG ignite protection e(T3) or d(T4). The gearbox-mountings are equipped with enclosed and maintenance free specified ball bearings.

TRAVERSE

The traverse is equipped with two carry handles and a quick release fastener clamp. The traverse is constructed for an easy and rapid replacement of the agitators. All traverses for the popular makes of containers are available at all times. The basic material is 1.4301 (V2A).

MIXER SHAFT

The mixer shaft is fixed at the motor shaft using a sleeve coupling. Shaft basis fits are the guarantee for a fixed hub.
The mixer shaft is serialized in material 1.4571 (V4A), but it can be ordered also in PVDF-coated.

MIXING IMPELLER

The agitators of TURBO-Mixer series DFT are equipped with mixing propeller. The material is optionally 1.4571 (V4A), PP or PVDF. Using a thread the impeller will be fixed at the shaft. A replacement of the impellers is possible without any problem.
