APPLICATION

The TURBO-Mixers of the HM series are of all purpose applications.They are especially suitable for fast and intensive mixing, dissolving and optain in a short time a homogeneous intermixing. The mixers can be used manually or fixed to the container with a clamp-device. Futhermore they can be mounted to a wall-support or a tripod. For stationary mounting a intermediate flange is available.

DRIVER

The TURBO-Mixers of the HM-series are equipped with completely enclosed fan-cooled electrical three phase motors of safety group IP 54. Performance and revolutions will be selected according to the actual requirements and viscosity of the mixing medium. The on-off-switch is mounted in one of the two handgrips.
The shaft outlet is sealed off with an oil retaining ring.

MIXER SHAFT

The mixershaft is connected to the motor by means of a case-coupling. The special designed motorshaft is guided by two maintenancefree and total enclosed ballbearings. The shafts are supplied in V4A (1.4571).

MIXING IMPELLER

The HM TURBO-Mixer series is fitted as standard with propeller driven mixing impellers.
The material of the impeller is the same as the mixershaft.
The fastening at the shaft will be effected by thread. Replacement of mixing impeller is problem-free. Decisive factor for selection will be kind of medium.
