Verfahrenstechnik has been working in
the area of customer-orientated problem solutions for the
development, construction and production of mixing and stirring
units for many years.
We meet the increasing requirements to the stirring technology by
means of computer-controlled calculation and construction programmes,
which are being continuously updated.
As to maintain and to keep renewing this high standard, we have been
certified after DIN EN ISO 9001-2000 since 1997.
Since 2003, we have got the EC certificate of deposit according to
the APEX directive concerning equipment and protective systems,
awarded by the “TÜV” (MOT) of Southern Germany, for the designated
use in potentially explosive atmospheres of zone 1 and 2.
Already with our offer, you will be receiving a solution with all
calculations in procedural and mechanical respect already included.
Before dispatch, our products undergo an attested test run, which
matches the application on site.
As a reference for our level of performance, we can name the paint
shops of leading automotive manufacturers which are equipped with
TURBO-Mixer stirring units exclusively.
